This has a really noticeable hot and cold effect. The gel initially feels cool and refreshing when massaged into the skin, then gradually becomes quite warm. I tried it for a while mainly on my thighs and waist, especially before exercise, and liked the way my skin felt smoother and firmer afterward. The hydration is decent but not enough for me to use it instead of a proper body lotion. I would not say it actually melted fat or dramatically reduced cellulite, so I think those claims are better taken with a grain of salt. The heat can also become quite strong if too much is applied, and I would definitely avoid using it on freshly shaved or irritated skin. Using a smaller amount makes the sensation much more manageable. Overall, I like it more as a warming massage and body-care gel than as a slimming treatment.

The gel has a lightweight texture and absorbs pretty quickly without feeling too sticky. It gives a noticeable warming sensation after applying, so I use only a small amount. The skin feels smooth afterward, but the warming effect can be quite strong.

The warming effect is quite strong, so I prefer using a smaller amount and massaging it thoroughly into areas like my thighs, hips and stomach rather than applying a thick layer. My skin is combination and tends to get dry on the body, and this leaves it feeling smoother and reasonably moisturized after it settles. After trying it for a while, I noticed a softer, more toned-looking appearance to the skin, although I would not claim that the gel itself burns fat or causes significant slimming. I especially like applying it before exercise because the cooling-to-warming sensation makes the massage feel more stimulating. I wash my hands well afterward and avoid using it on irritated or freshly shaved skin.

I really like this facial product. It has a lovely texture, absorbs quickly into the skin, feels lightweight, and leaves my skin soft, smooth, and well hydrated. I would definitely recommend it.
