Forget the slimming claims, this is the best muscle rub I’ve used. It gives a strong “ice-to-fire” effect: cooling at first, then deep heat that lasts around 45 minutes and really helps distract from pain.
Be warned - the heat is intense, so start with a small amount if you have sensitive skin.
The scent is much better than typical rubs—fresh and minty, without that heavy “old man” medicinal smell that can trigger headaches.

The gel feels quite cool upon application; the warming sensation comes later and lasts about 30 minutes. I can't really comment on its effectiveness as I haven't used it long enough.
