I don't really understand the concept of this product. It's neither hydrating nor it is an astringent toner. It doesn't nothing really. It has nice texture and absorbed nicely though.

actually, I has just received today and while my first try, I feel it is pretty light and I love that it has no smell due to my skin is quite sensitive, so it should be the best way.
