I bought this item due to rave reviews. I liked the toner. Consistency of the toner has a bit of slip but not too viscous. I use this by soaking into my cotton pads for a quick 5 mins pack on my face and it does help with brightening dullness of your complexion. I recommend for the good price this is always at. This product was a good introduction for me to try out other products from the same brand.

Wow! This toner has a body to it and I am here for it. I love this product now that the weather is getting a little colder. I pair this with a more watery toner and my skin feels amazing.
