its a good dupe for kate somerville spot treatment. however, this take more time to heal pimples but thats okay especially if you have dry skin and you only get occasional breakouts. it doesnt hurt or overly dry your skin unlike kate's

When I has acnes, It usually use Pink eraser with spot patch. It heals my skin very fast.
