This is an amazing product with such a high concentration of green tea extract for such an affordable price (especially if you get it on sale). However, for my dry combo skin, it did not have enough hydration I need from my toners. This would be a wonderful toner for those who are oily or oily combo skin since it is lightweight and helps control sebum levels on the skin.
