I have not been using it long enough to check whether it helps my comedones but I do not get irritation on my skin. I have very sensitive combination brown skin.

I gave this toner to my sister to use as she struggles with fungal acne and breakouts. I really loved the toner the feeling of it on my skin and how it controlled my sebum. I would recommend it to anyone with acne prone sensitive skin.
