I use this on hot summer days as either first step in morning routine or first step after face wash in the evening. I put it on cotton pad to wipe of excess dirt. Its refreshing but can be drying. I follow with a HA toner or essence.

I love the fact that it significantly and visibly reduces the sebum, but it has a very drying effect afterwads and thus it requieres much hydration

I can understand why its so raved about, especially those with oily skin. It has a herbal smell and watery consistency. It doesn't leave any oily finish.
