I feel like I didn't really notice too much difference when using this toner, but I haven't used it long enough to know. No irritation to my sensitive skin, which is great

I have combination skin: dry on the cheeks and oily on the t-zone. This toner absorbed quickly, but then my face still felt and looked dry. It was not irritating at all, so I kept using it, but I did have to use another toner on top of it.
