I just finished a bottle of this and I loved it. I definitely feel like it helps with minimizing shedding and with new hair growth. I use this in conjunction of other stuff. This is my peptide/menthol step. I use it almost everyday after washing my hair. This alone might help when your hair is thinning and falling off really bad, but it might take months. So I suggest you use it with other stuff such as hair growth oil, shampoos, hair treatments, and other hair serums. The results will take a while but there will be. Be patient and consistent. Been using this for almost a year now to combat thinning hair. I don’t use anything else to help this problem but this product alone has actually made a difference! My baby hairs are getting long and my scalp is filling in. It feels very cooling and soothing. I typically wash every 2-3 days and really only apply after washing. I’m planning on trying out some new shampoos that will help with hair loss as well but i’m truly impressed with this product.

Minty sensation/cooling. doesn't cause irritation. Supposedly helps maintain a balance environment for the scalp to support hair growth. Too soon to tell.
