I bought this shampoo to prevent hair loss. However, I haven't been using it long enough to notice a difference, but I did notice my hair doesn't fall as much when I use it in the shower. I do love the scent, it's very fresh. I would recommend using with the #2 treatment as well. Since I have processed hair, the shampoo by itself felt a little drying, but it felt better after using the treatment. I would buy it again to see if it makes a difference long term for hair loss since it doesn't bother my scalp.
