I’ve been using the haruharu wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner, and overall I think it’s a really nice hydrating toner, but for me it’s more of a basic step rather than something I’d call life-changing.
The texture is very lightweight and slightly watery with a bit of slip, and it absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky or heavy. It layers really well with other skincare, and I like using it right after cleansing because it immediately makes my skin feel more comfortable.
What I do like is how hydrated and soft my skin feels after applying it consistently. It gives a nice boost of moisture and a subtle glow, making my skin feel plumper and more refreshed. It’s often praised for its fermented black rice extract and hyaluronic acid, which are meant to help with hydration, antioxidant protection, and prepping the skin for the rest of your routine

Nice but not to much for me , you have to use it by your hand not cotton because its not watery it’s thick little bit
