After using various Haruharu Wonder products, here are my thoughts:
Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner
• Key Ingredients: Fermented black rice extract, hyaluronic acid, betaine, beta-glucan, and bamboo shoot extract.
• Experience: This toner has a slightly thicker consistency than typical watery toners, but it absorbs quickly and leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated. It’s great for layering, especially for those with dry or dehydrated skin. The presence of lavender essential oil provides a mild scent, which dissipates quickly. For those with sensitive skin, there is a fragrance-free version available.

It works fine but i have tried the one without fragrance and it was so much better this bottle feels like it’s infused with fragrance but didn’t irritate my skin or anything but am not comfortable using this product anymore
