This is one of my favorite toners. It provides plenty of moisture. You can smell the fermented black rice. To me it's really pleasant but I can understand if others don't enjoy it. I use it twice a day before actives.

To be honest, when I'm on my early stages of being a skincare enthusiast, this toner is on the top of my list to try tho I'm not really a fan of the initial scent of this toner but I also love how hydrating it is. Compared to the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner, this has a more watery texture making it much easier to be absorbed.

I love how this Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner works wonder for my skin. I love its viscosity; light and just right. It doesn't make my skin sticky or heavy. This is perfect for those who want to have dewy and hydrated skin like me. I love it keeps my skin barrier healthy and it is also derived from 95% natural ingredients.
