It really worked for deep dehydration on my cheeks with only one layer. It was better than Keep Cool, Dr Ceuracle, Isntree toners for my skin, addressed dehydration so well

I always snap this up when it’s on sale, it’s hydrating but also purifying, without stripping your barrier. I buy anything with rice in it because it’s so good for this reason. Keeps the acne at bay, adds a little glow, and still feels soothing.
