I use this toner for my acne prone skin with a cotton sheet however there is minimal to zero hydration. So I think this’d be beneficial for extremely oily skin. I sometimes use it for my clay mask with rose water. The spray bottle is easy to use but it stings eyes

For my oily T-zone, this toner helps reduce excess oil. It did dry out the other parts of my face a bit, but once I moisturize, it works perfectly. I like it—it really helps control oil.
