This toner feels like water on the skin but better! It is super lightweight and hydrating and it contains panthenol which is great for repairing and maintaining the skin barrier. Such a good product. If you want hydration in a toner form, This is really good.

this toner just hydrates but it does it so well! I love layering 3-4 layers after cleansing and i experience no irritation whatsoever. If you have sensitive/dehydrated skin, this is the product for you.
