Soft exfoliation & can be used regularly (I assume at least for people without very sensitive skin or compromised barriers). Love how it's wide and long enough to reach all over the body & also works well as a smaller layered towel. Doesn't need too much product, lathers so nicely -- one of the best for body care !

Works well, does leave my skin feeling a bit stingy after, but I’ve never bleed nor been left super red. Helps get rid of dead skin and is really useful overall. Skin is brighter post use.
