Not bad. It tastes better than other collagen but I wouldn't say it would give an instant effect which is pretty reasonable for how collagen normally works.

It's my second purchase. Love this collagen. Personally I prefer powder, but have this one because of concentration - 5000mg in one stick!!! Using this in combination with powder collagen.
Definitely madecmy nails much more better and stronger!
Love it and will buy again.
