During the summer days I sweat more that usual and was told that I look like I lost some weight.
During fall and winter the effects are not that visible.
Now, I don't usually eat much but also I don't workout. I'm sure that those who are working out would see faster results. But if you eat without restraints and don't workout, I don't think you'll see changes. For my lifestyle this is a good product.
