I started buying these a year ago because I was looking for something for my gut health. I didn't realize these are also good for immunity. I live in the northeast USA, and come fall and winter, I am fighting a cold and sinus infections. We are in April now, and I can say with confidence that I barely got sick this winter. And the few times I felt ill ('I'm around sick people/healthcare environment ), I recovered quickly. So adding this has been of great help. I feel wonderful. Will keep buying
