I keep coming back to this serum bc it's a lowkey serum with great ingredients it really slowly but surely helps with my hyperpigmentation.

with rice bran extract and 2% arbutin, it claims to help with hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone.
it has a bit thick texture than water but feels light on skin. on me, it's hydrating and help prep my skin for the next step.
