Taste isn’t very good but it isn’t unbearable. It’s a thick liquid like a syrup but isn’t especially sweet. However, it makes my brain feel a little more clear and my body more energetic

I did not love the taste of it so I could not really try it on a regular base. The taste is very strong so I did not give a fair chance.
