Tastes great and easy to consume by itself or with water. I don't see or feel any difference yet. Been only testing it for 1 week. I do have high hopes that it will improve my skin and brightens it.

Its taste reminds me of the vitamin c that I took when I was little. The smell of the fish collagen is hard to notice so rest assure that you might get defeated by the fishy smell. I just recently used it so I can't say much about its effect on my skin.
