I love these supplements because I can get my collagen and vitamin C together. I've been taking these supplements for several months, and I have to admit I'm not getting as sick with colds (I'm around children all the time) as before. So the vitamin C is working. As for the collagen, my face feels nice. This is my go to collagen!

THE TASTE IS GOOD. I DON'T SEE AN IMPROVEMENT ON MY SKIN BUT I SEE MY NAILS STRONGER THAN BEFORE, IDK IF IT IS BECAUSE OF THIS SUPPLEMENT.
