It is indeed a toner suitable for daily use (AM and PM), but I still need a few more weeks to see whether it can really make a difference when it comes to brightening my skin. What I love about this is that it came in a pretty packaging, and on top of that it's scent free. No stinging even if used the morning after retinol application.
