I’ve been using the Tony Moly Rice Toner for 6 months and love how moisturizing it is. It absorbs quickly and leaves my dry skin feeling soft and smooth with no irritation. Super gentle and effective — a must-have in my routine!

I don’t know why I ever try any other toner. I keep coming back to this because it’s the best, it makes my skin so happy and glowy. It absorbs quickly and you get a ton of it for the money. My only complaint is how many layers you have to use in order to get a deep hydration out of it. That means it takes a lot more time to use in the evenings especially. However I come out looking like a glowing egg so I guess it’s worth it.
