this is my first time you a balm bcos I'm fond of cleansing oils & foam etc. I love how this melt down and just cleaned all the dirts on my face. It doesn't feel tight after washed. It comes with a little spatula to scoop out the product which is really nice. It easily get rid of my eye makeup spec mascara and it doesn't sting my eyes.

The texture is easy to apply on face. After used, my skin felt soft and bright. Highly recommend for daily double cleanse before your watery cleansing product.

Non-drying and easy on the skin. But need to make sure not to get it wet inside as the texture changes with water and without.
