Super hydrating! |

This has a gorgeous, slightly tacky gel texture. It is easy to dispense the required amount due to the easy applicator. It left my eyes feeling super hydrated. I didn't quite see it brighten the darker areas of my eyes, but it definitely reduced the puffiness. I have noticed a slight difference in an improvement of the fine lines over a short period of use. I will continue using this as it has made my skin firmer.
