I've been buying these for a while now and they really seem to help with my gut microbiome. I recommend them if you have any gut health issues. Bonus- they taste great!

I think I noticed better digestion and less GI tract irritation while taking this but I’m not entirely sure if it was truly this product or a placebo effect
