Viscous but not heavy and doesn't feel sticky. My skin is prone te dehydration (originally oily) and this toner immediately relieves the skin of any dry feeling. Plumps up the fine lines and skin looks bouncy. I follow with other lightweight products as I can tend to look shiny after some hours. Great for barrier repair and keeping the skin healthy. Drier skin types will love this. (I received this as part of TMRM*).
