This product kept me so cool. It helped my skin feels so cool and refreshed, especially during the hot summer days in the north east USA there are days that I do not like to put any product on my skin because of the humidity levels and on days, I felt like that I used this PH balance Toner on my face, my neck, my arms, my body just to help my skin be refreshed and hydrated also

I applied this toner directly with my hands and also used a cotton pad. It felt smooth, refreshing, and left my skin feeling clean without any sticky residue. It absorbed quickly, and I noticed a natural, aromatic tea-like scent.
