iit...@ Los primeros 2 días vi una disminución de la sensación de hambre y solo tomando 2, incluso pensé en disminuir la dosis pero al 3er día ya todo normal y no he tenido ningún cambio, las que si he visto más efecto es en las verdes

I did lose some weight just by using this + it's teast awful but try to eat it fast so you dont need to deal with the teast
