I love this rice toner. I've been using this over the years now. A little goes a long way. I also put it on my neck. Doesn't irritate my skin or dry my skin. I love this!

I love this toner so much. This is my third bottle. It helps a lot my dehydrated combo hyperpigmentated skin. I noticed since the first week using it how brighten my skin looked. That was a first time a toner actually worked with my hyperpigmentation versus just hydrating. I always have one spare bottle in my drawer just in case.
