This is one of my top toners. Every time I use it my skin always looks and feels brighter. It doesn’t feel overly sticky but it does not feel dry either

I can feel that there is improvement on my skin after using this product, I used to have a very dry skin and already tried different products but this one excells among others, and I would go for another round of order till I get the maximum effect i want. Packaging is good too, delivered without any damage on the product and the box itself.
