Can't really tell if it works, but I love the taste and texture. Tastes kind of like misugaru x soy bean powder. Instructions say to take with water but tastes good by itself. Powder is much finer than another brand I tried so would probably be more soluble in water than that other brand... I think it could also be a nice topping for foods like yoghurt or ice cream.
