I love this toner it hydrates & moisturize my skin and it leaves my skin plump without it being heavy, plus it soothes my skin when i damage my skin barrier with retin a , this toner is definitely a repurchase

I am used to using a more thicker milky toner and this one is more on the lightweight side. I was surprised at how hydrating it is and it also gives you a nice glow. Deffo would recommend if you are acne prone but looking to try a rice milk toner.
