My friend used this product and she broke out The formula did not support her skin and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with dry skin to use this product

I bought this toner as a cart filler while it was on sale, but it immediately became my most used toner. The color and texture are pleasant and it leaves my skin feeling lightly moisturized before going to the next step on my routine. Will repurchase.
