Amazing, I have noticed the difference in my skin in a week. It helped with my hormonal acne and gave a smooth texture. Easy to take and has a nice taste to it. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach by just popping it in my mouth like candy and drinking water. This is my 4th month and I will continue to use it.

One of the best collagen. I have noticed the difference on my face after 3 weeks. It’s amazing how clear and healthy it looks and helped with the outbreaks I get and the traces. It is nicely packed and very convenient to take anywhere, I will continue to purchase it.
