I love this eye creme, this is the reason why I already have a backup!!! I use it, at least three times in a week, all over my face, or in the zones that I needed. Definitely I see difference in my skin when I am using it. My skin is so smooth, it helps me whit oil control, it keeps my pores tight.

I had been looking for an eye cream with effective ingredients to combat fine lines and dark circles for a while, until I came across SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream with 4% Liposomal Retinal and Fermented Bean Extract. I was excited to hear that there was a liposomal form of retinal, as retinal is usually less common in eye products and the liposomal form is expected to be less irritating.
