I know that konjac jelly is marketed as a diet food, so I wouldn't recommend this as a meal replacement. I like to keep a pack or two in the fridge so that I have a nice little pick-me-up in the afternoon. It's also great if you want a hydrating snack.

This jelly tasted like a peach jelly. Wasn't so bad but not for me. It did also have an artificial sugar taste but again not too bad.
