Very viscous in texture. Feels really nice when you "chok chok" to your face. Had a breakout during lockdown and this literally saved my skin. Best to combine it wih the serum.

My last favorite was Son & Park Beauty Water and I pretty much settled with it but then a friend recommended Pyunkang. This toner literally absorbs to my skin the minute I apply. It doesn’t give me the tingling feeling even the slightest like Son and Park. I even bought a second bottle a few weeks later for traveling.

I use those toner every time I do my skincare and it has yet to burn me when I apply it. I have eczema on my face and neck. It helps with an extra layer of gentle hydration, as I put on more protective layers.
