I think it does help with curbing appetite and making you feel full. The taste is good but I prefer to add milk and cream on this.

Now is the time to give a good review or feedback. I finished my 2 boxes of this and I like it.
Well it really help me on my weight loss journey. Honestly for me this is effective, because after I drink this coffee just wait for an hours and the toilet will call you. I like how it see the result.
