Очень удобно. Не оставляет жирных следов на постельном белье. Хорошо что в виде пластыря, весь крем остается на пятках в течении всей ночи и поэтому на утро гладкая и увлажненная кожа

I use it once it was good but you should really keep it on clean dry skin otherwise it will not stick
