this toner has a texture like water. clear and absorbs quickly. the good news is that this toner has no fragrances, i like skincare with no fragrance. k use this for the CSM method too. especially when it's a hot day. this is very good for refreshing the skin ✨

When you feel like your skin is dehydrated, this is what you need to add. It so subtle to your skin and add hydration. I can layer this toner up to 5 layer and it still feel comfortable on my oily skin.
