I really like this Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner. I felt that it was hydrating in a balanced way that my skin really liked. This works great with the other Dokdo products. I love the way it made my skin feel. The packaging design is also aesthetically pleasing to me. I highly recommend this.

This toner exfoliates dead skin cells while leaving skin moisturized. It contains panthenol, allantoin and betaine to soothe irritated skin. Chondrus crispus extract, aka red algae, is rich in protein, minerals and antioxidants. Sugarcane extract helps minimize blemishes and keep skin hydrated. I love that it is fragrance free.
