At first, I thought that this is a hydrating toner, but then I read product knowledge and this is also a exfoliating toner, wow! It has a watery texture, just like water with no scent and not sticky. For me, the hydration is 7,5/10 enough but sometimes I need more, for the exfo result, I think this toner more suitable for a beginer or if you need a daily exfo. But overall, I love this product
