This toner has a lightweight watery texture that's quickly absorbed into the skin without a sticky feeling. The unscented smell of this product is a point plus (i totally love it!). I'm not pretty sure about the exfoliating thing yet, but It really did their jobs for the hydration and oil control. It also helps to calm the redness on my face.
