Very useful for stubborn spots. The patches stick well and help target pimples without needing to touch or pick at them. I like using them overnight when I feel a breakout starting. Easy and hygienic.

This did nothing for what I thought it was for.
These didn't pull anything out of 'already cystic acne' but did work (sometimes) when I had a 'deep, under the skin' spot to pull to the surface.
