[TMRM] this vita C works really good for reducing hyperpigmentation. I have finish the whole bottle before it turned anymore yellow. The only thing is that this vita C does leave behind a sticky residue if you use a bit to much and yes it smells like hotdog water since its a pure ascorbic acid.

The vitamin C 23 brightens the skin and helps with skin dark spots. This vitamin C has an oily silky consistency which I love it feels really great on the skin. It has no scent and it doesn't irritate the skin at all but it does leave a sticky feeling after it's dries but after you layer another skin Care product it goes away. So for me this one is best to use after a toner and before Serums.
