I actually really like the flavor it’s hard for it not to get stuck on the roof of my mouth you have to be careful when you eat it. I haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it’s making any difference

As usual, I was first able to try this when it was ona $1 sale. It's very effective in terms of enhancing your body's energy. Very convenient as it's a film type. Tastes like vegetable juice. Glad that it's on sale again. I stocked up on for my 1 year supply.
